Amazing results
"I have hormonal hypoglycemia since birth of last child 38 years ago. Keeping in shape and feeling good is not easy especially as I’ve aged. This is the first time I’ve found it easy. Started when April challenge shipment arrived 3/13. Did one week 3 times a day with 2 cups v8 between am and afternoon drinks. Was only mildly hungry and beyond amazing my blood sugar remained stable. Now do 2 or 1 times a day as suits. Just powder with 2 tsp fiber and once a day 2 tsp olive oil. Eat mostly protein fruits and vegetables with tiny occasional sweets. Only about 20 lb overweight in total and have slowly lost 6. At 73 I do a 45 minute walk daily. Often a little wt routine. Yard work and golf. I’ve lost 7 lb but most amazing is I’m building some muscle, my sugar is the best it’s ever been, I have more energy, and less aches especially in my knees. My body loves this food and it’s a permanent part of life now. No more sugar highs and lows is everything I’ve hoped for."
