Order Fulfillment

Orders placed on our website are fulfilled through Amazon Fulfillment Centers using Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) and Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) services. This allows us to ship orders quickly and reliably using Amazon’s logistics network.

While orders may be packed and shipped through Amazon’s fulfillment network, Almased USA Inc. remains the seller of record for all purchases made on this website.

Since fulfillment is handled by Amazon, shipping methods, carriers, and packaging are determined by Amazon and may vary by location.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery & Risk of Loss 

All orders placed on Almased.com are packed and shipped by Amazon’s fulfillment network.

Responsibility for the package transfers to the customer once the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Once delivery is confirmed:

  • The order is considered successfully fulfilled.
  • The customer becomes responsible for the security of the package at the delivery location.
  • Almased is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should:

  • Check around the delivery location and with household members or neighbors
  • For BuywithPrime orders, contact Amazon for support.
  • For all orders, contact our Customer Support team if additional assistance is needed

Split Shipments

To ensure faster delivery, your order may arrive in multiple shipments at no additional cost to you. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Undeliverable or Refused Shipments

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, the order will be considered undeliverable.

In these situations:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • shipping charges will be required to reship the order.
  • We will contact you using the email on file to arrange reshipment.

If we do not receive a response within a reasonable time, the order may be refunded minus any original shipping and return shipping costs incurred.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • High shipping volume
  • Incorrect address information
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible, or complete our return request form, include your order number and photos (if applicable).
